Publish a link to a sketch using the publish a link option. On the toolbar select publish a link
Click on publish and add a message to your recipient. If the recipient is in your organisation and has a LINQ login you can send by email by typing their name. If their details will automatically populate.
Otherwise send a URL by clicking on the URL link on the left to open up the URL dialogue box and click create URL. This will generate the link that can be copied and emailed in MS outlook or the email programme that the organisation uses
