- Manual Process Cost: $85,400 per year and 1,000 hours, with only 14.3% of actions automated
- Automated Process Cost: $20,000 per year and 219 hours, with 64% of actions automated
This transformation not only reduced costs and increased efficiency but also freed up the RPAS pilots to focus on their core activities, significantly enhancing operational effectiveness.
