Expand and collapse all of the LINQsets in your diagram in one click using the tools in the toolbar. In conjunction with QuickLINQ, these tools deliver a simple diagram visualisation which can help focus on value.
Prevent annoying diagram layout redraws in the middle of your capture by using the Pause Layout button. This temporarily turns layout redraw off so you can quickly hook your nodes together. Un-pause to redraw your diagram.
You can now quickly add your node description by selecting the node and typing. No need to select the description attribute, just type! You can edit existing descriptions by double clicking the node label.
The new search tool lets you search through the content you have attributes to your nodes. You can search for content against any attribute and filter by node type to quickly get to the node you are looking for.
By assigning hourly rate against the person node, and frequency and duration against the linked action node, you can quickly determine the cost of actions in your Information Supply Chain. These costs are accumulated in your value LINQsets showing you the overall cost of servicing information through your Supply Chain.
The new Share function allows you to invite users within your organisation to collaborate with you on your LINQ sketches. Your colleagues will be able to view your shared sketches with updates in near real-time, or help you capture new content by editing your shared sketch. Watch Video
Select your business outcome and assign it a value from 1 (lowest) to 10 (highest) and see the value cascade through your diagram. Your nodes are grouped by value providing you with a visualisation of value.
Calculating the duration and frequency of your actions is easy with the new time calculator. Click the calculator button next to the Action Duration or Frequency attribute to open the new dialogue and intuitively select when your action takes place and now long it takes to complete.
Quickly generate your base diagram by connecting your source information nodes to your output information nodes. QuickLINQ fills in the gaps for you, enabling you to assign value to your outcomes and learn where the most valuable parts of your business are.
